Efka will be presenting new control units providing the user with a multitude of new functions in the fields of automation, streamlining and quality assurance. A new graphic touch screen control panel simplifies machine operation.

AB425S- Drive as JPG-picture, EPS-picture

AB425S:    New universal control unit for the DC1500 and DC1550 compact motors including an integrated stepping motor control for the connection of 2 stepping motors and 3 additional external stepping motor controls.

• Can be used for almost all sewing machines with additional stepping motor application.
• User customized programming of individual and even complex functional sequences in a higher programming language for specially designed sewing workplaces and sewing automats using Efka C200 compiler.
• Easy programming using external control panels or personal computer.
• Synchronous operation with 2 stepping motor controls and corresponding stepping motors (e. g. puller, metering device, etc.)
• Functions for sewing automats with several drive shafts.
• Data communication with personal computer for system parameter programming.
• Connection of USB Memory Stick: easy archiving and duplication of system settings.
• Short-circuit proof outputs.
• Overload protection.
• Easier mounting on sewing machine thanks to compact control box housing.

• Ideal for applications requiring clear and easy user-guided operation.

AB386A:   The well-known AB286A control for automats, with RS485 interface for heavy-duty sewing applications, is now in the DC1550 motor version

Moreover, the well-known AB221A / DC1500 and AB321A / DC1550 (Picture JPG, EPS) series will be exhibited as well as the SM210A stepping motor control with numerous additional features.
